Pneumatic Metal-on-Metal Double Disk Valve
This valve uses a double-disc for sealing and the sealing surfaces are made from wear-resistant alloy. The seal is 100% airtight and the valve achieves a long service life, particularly in abrasive applications. Consequently, overall system reliability is increased dramatically.
Applications:
- Blow tank outlet and pipeline isolation or diversion (MM1).
- Blow tank inlet and venting (MM2).
- Dust, powder and/or granular products in coal-fired power plants, smelters, iron & steel plants, pharmaceutical, chemical industries.
Performance Characteristics:
- Operating Pressure = 0 to 1000 kPa g.
- Operating temperature <200 °C or <450 °C.
- Leakage test pressure = 1100 kPa g.
- Actuator = Double-acting pneumatic cylinder.
